Grupoava Virtual is a virtual airline with very high standards, so the admission process is very rigorous.<\/p><h4>Admission process<\/h4><p><em>1. APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION<\/em>The airline's Application for Admission is completed. It must be reviewed and approved by the Operations Department to proceed to the next step. Only fully completed applications will be responded to. Likewise, the airline will study and only respond to applications from individuals who are deemed to meet the airline's objectives and who will contribute to its growth and development.<\/p><p><em>BASIC SUBJECTS COURSE: <\/em>If the application is approved, the applicant will receive an email confirmation of application receipt. The applicant will enroll in the Basic Subjects course at the Virtual Operations School. The applicant will have access to basic material and required references, as well as the exams that constitute the course. The course consists of topics, each with its corresponding exam. The first topic is Basic Subjects, and the second topic is Controlled Flight Knowledge. If the applicant holds a rank of FS3 or higher for IVAO and\/or P1 or higher for Vatsim, the highest grade will be recognized for the Controlled Flight Knowledge exam. The exam percentages will be 70%and 30% respectively. The course will be considered passed if the applicant has a total grade higher than 75%.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><em>3. SELECTION COMMITTEE ACCEPTANCE<\/em>Once all admission process steps are completed, the applicant's admission will be submitted to the Selection Committee for approval. If any discussion arises, the applicant will undergo a Final Interview to clarify any potential doubts. The committee will then meet and approve or deny the applicant's admission.<\/p><p><em>4. COMPLETION: <\/em>Once the process is completed, the applicant will receive an email from the Operations Department accepting them as an Apprentice Pilot and they may begin the aircraft course. The Apprentice Pilot will need to satisfactorily pass the exams and route checks. Upon completion of this process, the pilot will be confirmed and will officially be part of the Grupoava Virtual crew list.<\/p><p>The Route Check consists of the crew member completing 6 flight legs between the following destinations: BOG, BAQ, CTG, MDE, CLO. Each leg will be evaluated in our flight reporting system, which monitors certain parameters during the flight. Upon completion of the leg, the trainee will await its review and flight confirmation for validation. Mostrar profesionalismo y cortes\u00eda dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n y al conducir operaciones en l\u00ednea. Si el aspirante cumple con dichos requisitos, comienza el proceso de ingreso. Grupoava Virtual es una aerol\u00ednea virtual con niveles de exigencia muy altos por lo que el proceso de ingreso es muy riguroso. Proceso de ingreso 1. SOLICITUD DE INGRESO: Se llena la Solicitud de Ingreso a la aerol\u00ednea. Esta debe ser revisada y aprobada por la Direcci\u00f3n de Operaciones para seguir al siguiente paso. S\u00f3lo las solicitudes completamente diligenciadas se responder\u00e1n. De igual forma la aerol\u00ednea estudiar\u00e1 y s\u00f3lo responder\u00e1 solicitudes de personas que se considere cumplen con el objetivo de la aerol\u00ednea y que contribuir\u00e1n con su crecimiento y desarrollo. 2. CURSO MATERIAS B\u00c1SICAS: Si la solicitud es aprobada, se le enviar\u00e1 al aspirante por e-mail una confirmaci\u00f3n de recibo de la solicitud. El aspirante se matricular\u00e1 en el curso de Materias B\u00e1sicas en la Escuela Virtual de Operaciones. El aspirante tendr\u00e1 acceso al material b\u00e1sico y a las referencias requeridas y los ex\u00e1menes que lo conforman.\u00a0 El curso se compone de temas con su correspondiente examen.\u00a0 El primer tema corresponde a Materias B\u00e1sicas, el segundo tema corresponde a Conocimientos de Vuelo Controlado.\u00a0 Si el aspirante posee un rango superior a FS3 o superior para IVAO y\/o P1 o superior para Vatsim, se homologar\u00e1 la nota m\u00e1xima para el examen de conocimiento de Vuelo Controlado.\u00a0 Los porcentajes de los ex\u00e1menes ser\u00e1n 70% y 30% respectivamente.\u00a0 Se dar\u00e1 como aprobado el curso si el aspirante tiene una nota total superior a 75%.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3. ACEPTACI\u00d3N DEL COMIT\u00c9 DE SELECCI\u00d3N:\u00a0 Completados todos los pasos del proceso de ingreso, el ingreso del aspirante se someter\u00e1 al Comit\u00e9 de Selecci\u00f3n para su aceptaci\u00f3n. En caso de existir cualquier discusi\u00f3n, el aspirante se someter\u00e1 a una Entrevista Final para aclarar cualquier posible duda. El comit\u00e9 se reunir\u00e1 y aceptar\u00e1 o negar\u00e1 el ingreso del aspirante. 4. FINALIZACI\u00d3N: Una vez completado el proceso, el aspirante recibir\u00e1 e-mail de la Direcci\u00f3n de Operaciones acept\u00e1ndolo como Piloto Aprendiz y podr\u00e1 iniciar el curso del avi\u00f3n. El Piloto aprendiz deber\u00e1 presentar satisfactoriamente los ex\u00e1menes y chequeos de rutas. Completado este proceso, el piloto quedar\u00e1 efectivo y oficialmente conformar\u00e1 la lista de tripulantes de Grupoava Virtual. El chequeo de Rutas consiste en que el tripulante realizara 6 trayectos entre los siguientes destinos: BOG, BAQ, CTG, MDE, CLO.\u00a0 Cada trayecto ser\u00e1 evaluado en nuestro sistema de reportes de vuelo, el cual monitoriza ciertos par\u00e1metros durante el desarrollo del vuelo.\u00a0 Al finalizar el trayecto, el Aprendiz esperara a la revisi\u00f3n de este y la confirmaci\u00f3n del vuelo para que sea validado.\u00a0 Al realizar todos los trayectos el Piloto Aprendiz ser\u00e1 promovido a Tripulante efectivo en el avi\u00f3n de su elecci\u00f3n. El piloto tendr\u00e1 un per\u00edodo de prueba de 15 d\u00edas a partir del primer vuelo efectivo durante el cual cualquier miembro del Staff se reservar\u00e1 el derecho de hacer un seguimiento mediante preguntas aleatorias referente al Manual de Operaciones.
